Services When we say services, we mean everything from soup to nuts! We provide a complete turnkey apartment package for your enjoyment. Just give us a call and we will take care of everything. We want you to be as comfortable as possible. Just because you aren't at home doesn't mean you have to feel that way. Sit back, relax and enjoy yourself. Utilities Service All your utilities including water, gas and electricity are included in the monthly rent, with a monthly ceiling on electricity costs at $90. Telephone Service Guests have the ability to make unlimited local phone calls. Long distance calls must be billed to a credit card, third party, or calling card. Voice mail is included for your convenience so you don't miss important messages while away from home. Cable Television Service Your apartment comes equipped for all basic cable services provided by your local cable service provider. Additional premium channels are optionally available at an added cost per month per channel. Cleaning Service Why not come home to a clean apartment? Maid service is optionally available on a regular bi-weekly basis. The cost can be included in the monthly rent, or you can arrange maid service with any local company on your own. Furniture & Accessories Standard furniture packages are available as per our furniture page. But you can also have extra pieces brought in as needed for an additional fee. A comprehensive list of basic accessories, listed on our accessories page, is also included with every apartment. Again, other items can be chosen and their cost, if any, simply added into the monthly rent.
